Packaging & Handling
Every graphics card is shipped in its original manufacturer box, which is then placed inside a custom double-walled outer box filled with high-density foam inserts and anti-static lining. This ensures the GPU is fully protected against vibration and impact during transit.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit up to the full purchase value. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays.
During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay to your order.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy on all products. To be eligible for a return, the GPU must be:
- In its original protective packaging with all accessories included
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order reference ID)
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective GPU or the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will arrange a free return and ship the correct or replacement item at no extra cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any handling fees charged by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. DBK GPU is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. We declare all shipments at full purchase value; we do not falsify customs declarations.
